Here are 10 ways to advertise your job posting for Opticians, Optical Assistants, Optometrists, Optometric Assistants, Ophthalmic Technicians, Lab Techs and more:
1. Post your job here on Jobs4ecps. Jobseekers are online and they start their searches online so you need to show up when they are looking. We feed the postings to several other jobsites like Indeed, Google Jobs, Wow Jobs, and more.
2. Post to large jobsites like Indeed, Simply Hired, Google Jobs that show up online or find a site like ours that feed it to those jobsites for you.
3. Post to association sites like Optician & Optometrist websites and career opportunities sections.
4. Post to community or city jobsites like Calgary Jobs or Calgaryjobboard.ca for dedicated geography posting.

6. Speaking of reps, they are a great source of advertisement. Send them a posting or link to your posting and ask them to share on their social channels or when they are in out and about.
7. Facebook is a great place to share a job posting on your business page as well as your personal page. Don't miss the opportunity to post in groups here as well. There is Canada Optical Professionals & Canadian Eyecare Professionals just to name a few:https://www.facebook.com/groups/1664584940495773
8. Create a post in Canva (see below) and post it to your Facebook & Instagram business page. With a link back to the job posting. You can even be specific about the role like "We're Hiring a Licensed Optician".
9. Do you send out monthly newsletters or email blasts to your current patient base? Add a banner or ad that you are hiring and link to the job posting.
10. Put a sign in your window. It still works...!
