As our Office Manager / Licensed Optician or Optometric Assistant, you will help lead our team, support clinic operations, and provide exceptional optical care while building relationships that last.
Your Role

Clinic Operations
- Oversee daily clinic operations
- Manage schedules and workflow
- Support billing and administration
- Oversee inventory and ordering
- Maintain organized systems
- Improve clinic processes
- Support clinic goals
Optical & Patient Care
- Provide professional optical dispensing
- Guide patients through frame and lens choices
- Recommend solutions for individual needs
- Complete fittings and adjustments
- Address optical concerns
- Build lasting patient relationships
- Stay current with optical education
- Share knowledge with the team

Experience:
- Optical: 3 years (required)
- Office management: 2 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Optometric Assistant License (required)
- Optician License (required)
