As our Office Manager / Licensed Optician or Optometric Assistant, you will help lead our team, support clinic operations, and provide exceptional optical care while building relationships that last.

Your Role

Team Leadership & Culture

Clinic Operations

  • Oversee daily clinic operations
  • Manage schedules and workflow
  • Support billing and administration
  • Oversee inventory and ordering
  • Maintain organized systems
  • Improve clinic processes
  • Support clinic goals

Optical & Patient Care

  • Provide professional optical dispensing
  • Guide patients through frame and lens choices
  • Recommend solutions for individual needs
  • Complete fittings and adjustments
  • Address optical concerns
  • Build lasting patient relationships
  • Stay current with optical education
  • Share knowledge with the team

  • A Certified Optometric Assistant with strong dispensing skills will also be considered for the manager position.

Experience:

  • Optical: 3 years (required)
  • Office management: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Optometric Assistant License (required)
  • Optician License (required)
