We are seeking a Licensed Optician with strong optical knowledge to support both clinical and patient-facing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of clinical work, patient interaction, and technical precision.

What You’ll Do

• Support patient flow from pre-testing through to optical handoff
• Perform pre-testing using diagnostic equipment (OCT, auto-refraction, etc.)
• Assist optometrist during exams when required
• Accurately record and manage patient data in EMR systems
• Provide support with contact lens training and patient education
• Assist with eyewear coordination, dispensing, and follow-up care
• Handle appointment scheduling and patient communications
• Support insurance processing and administrative tasks
• Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and clinical equipment
• Work closely with the optical team to ensure seamless patient care
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Optician or experienced optical/medical assistant
• Strong understanding of optics and patient eyewear needs
• Experience in a clinic or optical environment preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Team-oriented with a professional, patient-first attitude
