What You'll Do

  • Perform pre-testing, visual fields, and contact lens training.
  • Assist patients with frame selection and lifestyle-based lens recommendations.
  • Take optical measurements and assist with eyewear dispensing.
  • Schedule appointments, answer phones, and process insurance claims.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support daily clinic operations.
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.


Who You Are

  • Is friendly, compassionate, and enjoys working with people.
  • Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Is detail-oriented and eager to learn.
  • Is comfortable using computers and technology.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

  • Optical, optometry, or medical office experience is an asset but not required.
  • Retail or customer service experience is highly valued.
  • CCOA or Registered Optician designation is considered an asset.
  • We are happy to train the right candidate.
