What You'll Do
As a Frame Stylist, you'll help patients feel confident in their eyewear while providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
Eyewear Styling
- Help patients select frames that complement their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style.
- Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and specialty products.
- Recommend eyewear solutions based on each patient's visual needs.
- Perform frame adjustments and minor repairs.
- Maintain an organized, attractive, and well-stocked optical gallery.
Patient Experience
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from beginning to end.
- Assist patients with eyewear pickups and adjustments.
- Build lasting relationships through personalized service.
Clinic Support
- Assist with appointment scheduling as needed.
- Support the team with general administrative duties.
- Help maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Is friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with patients.
- Is organized and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Learns quickly and enjoys working in a collaborative team.
- Is comfortable working evenings and Saturdays.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, optical, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Optical experience is considered an asset but is not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable learning new technology and software.
