What You'll Do

As a Frame Stylist, you'll help patients feel confident in their eyewear while providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit.

Eyewear Styling

• Help patients select frames that complement their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style.
• Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and specialty products.
• Recommend eyewear solutions based on each patient's visual needs.
• Perform frame adjustments and minor repairs.
• Maintain an organized, attractive, and well-stocked optical gallery.
  
  

Patient Experience

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from beginning to end.
• Assist patients with eyewear pickups and adjustments.
• Build lasting relationships through personalized service.
  
  

Clinic Support

• Assist with appointment scheduling as needed.
• Support the team with general administrative duties.
• Help maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, optical, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Optical experience is considered an asset but is not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology and software.

• Competitive wage of $18.00-$23.00 per hour, based on experience.
