What You'll Do

As a Frame Gallery Stylist & Patient Experience Specialist, you'll play an important role in both the optical and administrative sides of the practice.

Frame Gallery & Optical Services

• Guide patients through frame and lens selections based on their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style.
• Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and specialty products.
• Take optical measurements to ensure proper fit and comfort.
• Perform frame adjustments and minor repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing frame gallery.
  
  

Patient Experience

• Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Create a positive, personalized experience during every visit.
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Keep the reception area, patient lounge, and display areas clean, stocked, and inviting.
  
  

Clinic & Administrative Support

• Schedule appointments and answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Process Alberta Health and third-party insurance claims.
• Assist with accounts receivable, referrals, and general administrative duties.
• Support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an optical or medical office is considered an asset but is not required.
• Retail or customer service experience is highly valued.
