What You'll Do

As a Contact Lens Technician, you'll play an important role in ensuring patients receive exceptional care throughout their contact lens journey. Responsibilities include:

• Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Perform contact lens insertion and removal training for first-time wearers.
• Conduct contact lens fitting appointments, including spherical, toric, and multifocal lenses under the direction of the clinic's Optometrist.
• Educate patients on proper contact lens care and usage while referring medical questions to the Optometrist.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-up visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the clinic's electronic medical records system.
• Process invoices and product orders.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient clinical environment.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience fitting contact lenses is preferred.
• Passion for patient care and helping others.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Experience or interest in specialty lenses, including scleral or ortho-k lenses, is considered
