Mission Eye Care is a tech-forward optometry and medical aesthetics clinic known for exceptional patient care, innovative services, and a collaborative team culture. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience while helping keep our clinic running smoothly.

Who You Are

You're someone who:

• Has experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused role.
• Can communicate confidently and enjoy building relationships with people.
• Stays organized, adaptable, and calm in a busy environment.
• Brings a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
• Learns quickly and takes initiative.
  
  

Bonus: Experience in optometry, aesthetics, or another healthcare setting is considered an asset.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
• Check patients in and out while ensuring a smooth visit.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments.
• Educate patients about our services, products, and eyewear options.
• Process insurance claims and assist with administrative tasks.
• Support patient coordination to help the clinic run efficiently.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives by capturing photos, videos, and social media content.

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Alternating schedule:
• Week 1: Monday–Friday
• Week 2: Tuesday–Saturday (giving you an alternating three-day weekend!)
• Optional four-day work week (32–40 hours).
