As the first and last point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while helping ensure the smooth operation of our clinics.

About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will support both our patients and clinical team through a variety of front-office and administrative responsibilities. You will be responsible for appointment coordination, patient communication, insurance processing, and supporting clinic flow throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and manage clinic calendars using practice management software
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Process payments, insurance claims, and patient transactions
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support patient check-in and check-out processes
- Assist with patient pre-testing and preparation for examinations as needed
- Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, and team members
- Support general administrative duties to ensure efficient clinic operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous administrative, reception, or customer service experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Healthcare, optometry, ophthalmology, dental, or medical office experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable learning and working with technology and software systems
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
