Help Patients Stay Connected to Their Eye Health

Pacific Eye Doctors is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Recall Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has excellent communication skills, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.

As the first point of contact for many of our patients, you will play an important role in helping them stay on track with their eye care by facilitating appointment bookings and maintaining strong patient relationships.

Pacific Eye Doctors is a busy, well-established 8-doctor practice that has proudly served the Maple Ridge community for over 30 years. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care while fostering a supportive and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact patients by phone regarding upcoming or overdue eye examinations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service during all patient interactions
  • Communicate professionally and positively with patients and team members
  • Support clinic operations as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Friendly, professional, and personable demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated
  • Reliable, dependable, and punctual
  • Previous customer service, reception, or administrative experience is considered an asset

Schedule

  • Approximately 12 hours per week
  • Wednesday and Thursday evenings
  • Saturdays
