LONDON EYECARE is an independent optometry clinic that has proudly served the London community for over 35 years. We combine the warmth and relationships of a community practice with advanced specialty services, including Neurolens therapy, dry eye treatment, and AMD management with MacuMira. We are an expanding practice and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

The Role

As part of our optical team, you will play an important role in delivering a seamless, personalized experience to our patients — from prescription to final fit. You will work closely with our optometrists and optical team to ensure every patient leaves not only with eyewear that fits and meets their vision needs, but feeling genuinely cared for throughout their visit.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Assisting patients with frame selection based on prescription, lifestyle, and personal style
  • Accurately interpreting optical prescriptions and dispensing eyewear
  • Performing adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs
  • Managing frame board presentation, inventory, and supplier relationships
  • Coordinating with optical labs and following up on outstanding orders
  • Supporting Neurolens dispensing and follow-up workflows

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on optical dispensing experience
  • A warm, patient-focused approach and a genuine interest in delivering an exceptional experience
  • Ability to interpret optical prescriptions accurately
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Experience with optical practice management software is an asset
