Pre-Tester

Are you an experienced and detail-oriented optical professional who enjoys creating a welcoming and efficient patient experience? Downtown Vision Care is looking for a full-time Pre-tester to join their busy, high-end practice.

For over 40 years, Downtown Vision Care has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional patient care in a professional and fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with patients and being part of a collaborative and established team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing pre-testing and diagnostic testing for patients
• Preparing patients for examinations and ensuring accurate chart documentation
• Assisting with patient flow in a busy clinic environment
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professionalism
• Providing a warm, friendly, and empathetic patient experience
• Supporting the team with additional clinical duties as needed
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience pretesting in an optometry or ophthalmology clinic
• Strong communication skills with fluent English required
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
