    Our office is growing and we are looking to add another amazing team member to join our fast-paced enthusiastic team.

    MOA | Optometric Assistant responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Patient intake procedures
    • Patient diagnostic testing
    • Assisting the doctors in the exam room
    • Front desk admin duties (answering phones, booking appointments, invoicing, data entry, etc)
    • Patient experience duties (greeting patients, making coffee, offering snacks, etc)

    Required Skills:

    • Friendly, outgoing, personable, team player with a professional attitude
    • Being able to build strong working relationships with patients, doctors and staff
    • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and exercise judgement and make decisions
    • Organized, detail-oriented and time management
    • Able to follow through on a task with consistency performance
    • Optimistic outlook towards all activities and a enthusiastic acceptance of new ideas
    • Works well in a team environment and can delegate
    • Proper Telephone Etiquette
    • Strong computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new software
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Career minded
    • Professional Attire
