Office Manager - In Focus Eyecare
We are searching for a full-time Office Manager to join our team. Direct eyecare experience, such as managing optician is strongly preferred but not a prerequisite. Minimum 5 years of management experience is a must. Salary will be commensurate with your skills and experience.

In Focus Eyecare offices are located in the beautiful communities of Sarnia and Grand Bend, Ontario. Your role will be managing our Lakeshore and Vidal locations in Sarnia. As we continue to grow to meet the needs of our community, your role will similarly evolve to meet the needs of the practice.
We are looking for a dynamic exceptional team builder who is positive, organized and metrics oriented. We consider the office manager as a key position to ensure we continue provide outstanding patient care. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage our most important asset, our staff team - recruit, extensively train, monitor progress, routinely celebrate accomplishments or correct missteps if necessary
- Manage financial reports and key metrics that support successful practice operations.
- Communicate closely with our optometrists and staff to ensure seamless and excellent patient care
- Oversee daily operations to foster collaboration and teamwork within the practice.
- Evolve Policies and Proceedures to ensure staff have proper resources to follow
- Become fully cross-trained, providing staff with assistance in patient service and sales
